Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We can't ship outside the US yet.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $99 or more ship free.
• Orders under $99 ship for a flat $7.99.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Once a carrier has your package, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.

Packaging

Paddles ship new, in the brand's original packaging, boxed or padded for the trip.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your paddle arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the package and paddle. We'll file the carrier claim and send a replacement or a refund. See Damage and warranty.

Address changes

Need to change the shipping address? Email us right away. We can update it until the order ships.
