FAQ
Are your paddles new?
Yes. Every paddle we sell is new, in the brand's original packaging. We don't sell used, demo or blemished paddles.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, and we email tracking as soon as your paddle ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $99 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $7.99. We ship to US addresses only for now.
What's your return policy?
Unused paddles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or the paddle arrived damaged. The full policy is on the returns page.
My paddle arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund and cover shipping both ways.
Which paddle should I buy?
Start with the paddle finder: five questions about how you play and we'll shortlist paddles that fit. To weigh a few finalists against each other, add them to Compare.
What's the difference between a 14mm and a 16mm core?
A 16mm core absorbs more of the ball's energy, so it feels softer and more stable, which helps with dinks, resets and blocks. A 14mm core returns energy faster, adding pop and power on drives and speed-ups, with a little less forgiveness.
What do swing weight and twist weight mean?
Swing weight measures how heavy a paddle feels when you swing it. Higher numbers add power and plow-through; lower numbers make hand battles quicker. Twist weight measures how much the paddle resists twisting on off-center hits. Higher twist weight means a more stable, forgiving face.
Which shape is right for me?
Elongated paddles add reach and power and suit singles and players with strong technique. Standard and widebody paddles have the widest sweet spot and the quickest hands at the kitchen line. Hybrids sit in between. See them drawn to scale.
Are these paddles tournament legal?
Most paddles we carry are approved by USA Pickleball, and each paddle's specs list the approvals its brand publishes. Approvals can change, so check the current approved list before a sanctioned event.
Do you have coupon codes or sales?
No. Prices are the same for everyone, every day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card number never touches our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any sales tax due on your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll change it or cancel it and refund you in full.
Do you sell bags, balls or shoes?
No. We only sell paddles.
Are you an authorized dealer for these brands?
Dinkwell is an independent store. Brand names belong to their owners, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell. Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer; see Damage and warranty.
How do I contact you?
